g -  as the  English g in "get"
j - as the English j in "jam"
ʒ - as the sound ʒ in the English "pleasure"
p' - aspirated, as the English p in "pet"
p - unaspirated, as the English p in "spy" or as the Russian п
k' - aspirated, as the English k in "kettle"
k - unaspirated, as the English k in "sky" or as the Russian к 
t' - aspirated, as the English t in "time"
t - unaspirated, as the English t in "stand" or as the Russian т
r - soft, as the English r in "crew"
